We exhibited at the JAGDA Hokkaido Poster Exhibition 2024 to be held at Daimaru Fujii Central in Sapporo.
The JAGDA Hokkaido Poster Exhibition is a poster exhibition showcasing the works of Japan Graphic Design Association (JAGDA) members and other designers based in Hokkaido.
Takeo exhibited TAKEO Ads Designed by Kazumasa Nagai in the venue.
Starting with the magazine Graphic Design in 1977, followed by the design quarterly idea from 1986, graphic designer Kazumasa Nagai has been creating ads for Takeo now for an astounding 48 years. A different fine paper was used for the ad run in each issue, with a graphic by Nagai on the front, and an introduction to the paper used on the back.
Our exhibit showcased approximately 50 carefully selected original works from the first ad to the present day.
Visitors can also leaf through Collection of TAKEO Ads Designed by Kazumasa Nagai Vol.1, Vol.2, and Vol.3, which contain almost all ads to date. Vol.1 is not available for sale, but Vol.2 and Vol.3 can be purchased as a set from the webstore.
This is a good opportunity to see these posters in the Sapporo area.
