The theme is “Piled up messages.”
Yagi uses paper and styrene board to create three-dimensional expressions of messages
from his everyday life that he finds precious or wants to communicate.
He produces the three-dimensional forms by piling up layer after layer,
taking his inspiration directly from the message and disregarding conventional typefaces and designs.

Sculpted shapes, which at first glance seem like ancient ruins,
conceal the messages that Yagi wants to convey. Each has its own message to be deciphered.
