TAKEO’s lineup of fine papers includes papers from many different sources.
This series focuses on specific papermakers, presenting some of the fine papers that they manufacture.
We begin with papers from Tokushu Tokai Paper Co., Ltd., the pioneer of fine paper manufacturing in Japan.
In addition to exhibiting the various papers, we present details of printing processes and a dedicated sample book to
communicate the attraction of each of the brands. This is an excellent opportunity to examine
fine paper made by Tokushu Tokai and to explore the ample characteristics available,
including embossing, felt marking, bulking, and whiteness.
