This paperboard is characterized by natural color and an expressiveness
created by flecks of natural material—minute inclusions called chiri in Japanese
—that derive from recycled paper.
It is popular for the simple texture of craft paper, as well as for having a range of
ream weights that makes it suitable for packaging, covers of softcover books, cards,
and other applications.
A new gray color, silver wall, has been added to the browns already available
—moon stone, earth, and clay—allowing for a wider range of uses.
It is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council as FSC Recycled,
containing 100% verified recycled pulp.
