LEATHAC and MERMAID are leading fine papers that have developed together alongside Japanese design.
It was fifty years ago that LEATHAC 66, an embossed paper with the feel of calfskin, went on sale in 1966 and
sixty years ago that MERMAID, a fine paper that is feltmarked with a ripple pattern, went on sale in 1956.
The exhibition traces the development of embossing and felt marking,
as well as the history of the evolution ofthe LEATHAC series,
all the way up to the recently launched LEATHAC 16.
Come and see for yourself the attraction of embossing and felt marking.
